Something missing on my Burke #4 universal milling head??

Even though it’s a necro thread, this is my set up. If you need any other pictures let me know, I’ll dig around for the parts list. B.S9 taper. Some will have the collet spanner wrench notch.

I'm sure you know that the bushing is offset for the overarm so the head can be adjusted and tightened. The head uses #3 collets and possibly #at
from the atlas lathe. The draw bar for the head should be fairly easy to make try 12L14 easy to machine. May also have to silver solder a pin in the draw tube so the collet stays put Im not sure about I would need to check mine. Here is a PDF on set up for the mill attached by James Benjamin..
