Source for a R8 x 16mm Shell Mill Holder

I may be getting the terminology wrong so...
I'm looking for a vendor that sells a R8 Shell Mill Holder with a 16mm Bore (Pilot?)
I have found this vendor in the UK but I'd prefer to find a vendor in the USA if possible as I'm not sure how customs and such would work with an item arriving from overseas.

I don’t know of a supplier off hand... but maybe you should google or search for one with 5/8” pilot bore. Pretty damned close to 16mm and here in USA.... we really haven’t totally made the metric transition yet.

"Totally" is correct as I seem to be able to find vendors in the USA selling metric shell mills but not R8 16mm Shell Mill Holders. Perhaps these vendor's sales of the metric shell mills would increase if they also sold holders to mount them on. Ha!
