Got a spin indexer, among numerous other items, in a recent auction purchase. Problem is the pin in the spindle that locates the collet is worn to the point that the collet rotates approximately 10-15 degrees. Can't figure out how to remove the pin for replacement or where to get the repair part. There is no brand name on the unit. Could I possibly grind off the existing pin then redrill the spindle at a different location and fabricate a replacement indexing pin?
