There are a lot of Asian import surface grinders built to that design. They are a surface grinder, but are difficult to do really nice work with them due to less than excellent design and build issues. If you just need to grind stuff relatively flat, and don't need a great finish, they will do... IMO, the price for that one is WAY too high, maybe $300 if everything is working well.
