Tabletop Gummy Demolder needed

Hey all!

Dylan here, owner of a couple of different small businesses here in LA. We're looking for someone that can custom build a tabletop style gummy demolder. We've been popping thousands on a daily basis and to be frank, we're sick of it!

Just something like the image below but with the ability to cinch down/tighten a mold on the bottom half.

Hmmm Interesting! Food Grade application? Why not purchase machine in photo and modify?
 
Ok. What are the dimensions? Are you looking to build more than one?
 
Just one and whatever dimensions work for our molds. The molds are 7.5” x 7.5” x 0.5”
 
One thing that you should check before proceeding is whether or not the widget you are looking for someone to make must itself be legally certified as "food grade". The certification will undoubtedly cost more than the widget.
 
Generally Food Grade quality assures:
No chemical reaction of "widget food touching parts" with food and widget material.
No foreign substance such as grease/oil will come in contact with food, incidental or otherwise.
Cleanable - removal of all entrapped food within widget. May require disassembly to clean.
No widget parts that could become loose and mix in with food.
These would be a starting point but by no means a definitive guide.

Just had a thought....

If you are handy, you can build it with 80/20 parts. They can cut to length, drill, and tap the pieces. Basically an erector set. Check out their website.
