Not the tool sharpening grinder, but the grinder that makes mush out of pine trees.

The steel portion of the flange is about 2500 lbs and the brass nut inside the flange is about 500 lbs. The flange was being tapped 7/8-9 for a ring that covers the nut. The grinderstone is about 59" long and 62" in dia. It is turned at 240 RPM and is turned by a 6000 Hp motor.

I have a short video of them screwing the nut on the shaft but can't load it.

We shall see.
The flanges and shaft weigh in at 11000 lbs and the flanges are torqued at 18 - 20 tons to the grinderstone using a dynamometer.
