It looks like it might be a tester for cylindrical concentricity.
 
I’m not sure “won” is the right word. But if it’s something you wanted, and you paid less than you were willing to, that’s a win of a sort. Congrats!

No bidding on them so I can not help buy them:) It's not the newest machines but they work. The only problem is finding parts
