What would you like to know DD ? In my working years I had a 1"and a 2" Tecklock travel . They were fine , never failed calibration . They went with the shop when I sold it , I'm thinking someone is still using them .
I bought a NOS AI-951D off of Ebay for $35. After using it I was a little disappointed as it was not repeating well. It says made in Japan on the face. Anyway, I see a Teclock on ebay for a $130 which is apparently made in China. The seller could be confused IDK. There is also a made in China brand called Chicago that looks exactly like mine. I'm wondering if mine is a fake but they are not very popular so I don't see why they would be. I wonder if there are any identifying marks to tell if it is authentic.
The two Teclock indicators I have, 1" and 2" travel, were made in Japan. They are over thirty years old and still ticking. Newer ones very well be made in China, I don't know.
