This is the larger of the two lathes Again, my friend's father passed and he is looking to identify/sell these two lathes. Any help is appreciated. Chicago area.IMG_1497.jpgIMG_1498.jpgIMG_1499.jpgIMG_1500.jpgIMG_1501.jpgIMG_1502.jpgIMG_1503.jpgIMG_2640.jpgIMG_2642.jpgIMG_2643.jpgIMG_2644.jpg

Marshall & "Whoever" appears to be the machinery dealer. The change gear label say Von Wyck Machine Tool Co., Cincinnati, OH.
The company appears to have gone by that name from 1903-1914.

Very old flat belt, change gear lathe. Low value (less than $1000, perhaps much less) if you can find someone interested.

I'd say $300 to $400 bucks a piece. Very old lathes in need of refurbishment are interesting
to a small number of buyers. That assumes they have all their parts and don't have any
major damage.
