Resolved Thread not showing up in "New posts" or "What's New"

I posted a new thread last night. There have been no replies.

A few minutes ago, I was wondering how many views it had gotten, so I clicked in "New Posts" and de-selected "Show only: unread".
I couldn't find my thread. I thought it might be because I was logged in, so I logged out and tried again. No luck.

Shouldn't the thread be visible, in chronological order, in the "New posts" and/or "What's new" lists?
Is there something else I need to know/do?

PS: I went directly to the sub-forum and see the thread just fine.

Certain subforums were always excluded from the New Posts & What's New searches like Classifieds, Site Issues, etc. Some were added later due to complaints like the Craigslist & Ebay subforums.

Like thks thread, you shouldn't be able to see it in those sewrches. But if you're subscribed to a thread in one of those subforums it shoukd appear in your watched list. And they will appear in your Alerts list when replied to if you have Alerts setup for it.
