Threading Dial Gear for Rockwell 10 Inch

Called him said he deals mostly in The 11 and 14 inch Machines. Had a thought and called my friend that has a 3-D printer. Here is result. As long as I don’t leave the thread dial insert in the carriage all the time I think this will work. Seems to mate up pretty well. The black on the gear is where I rolled it down the lead screw. Looks pretty good to me

This worked. Was able to make what I needed. After 2 hours of running the gear showed what I call a little wear in but still working and was a cheap fix and I have extra gears when and if this one wears out
