Titanium torch with windows in the tail

I might've trimmed a little titanium before but this was my first time at cutting it up. I didn't get many pics during the initial machining.



I wasn't happy with the dirty/murky looking windows so i dug it out and tried again




This light now resides in Japan with my in-laws.

How do you manage to do all that work and keep you hands and fingernails so clean?

Lol, I probably washed my hands before the above pics. I don't get too much crud under my nails because half the time I'm wearing gloves

Your lights look great. Where are you buying the switch mechanism? or did you make it also?

The switch i ended up using comes from a fella in ... Germany I think..?? Goes by Led4power. His online store is currently closed but will open again next year i think. His switches slowly change colour (lava lamp style). You can buy Convoy 1288 switches from Banggood, but they are single colour - one in blue and one in orange.

Though do note! They do not work in any flashlight. It depends on the driver in the flashlight. So if you're not too familiar doing some research may head off some frustration.
