Anyone who knows someone who manufactures touchmark? I find no one who can do it in Sweden for a reasonable price

I always wanted to play with that when I was working (and had CNC machines) but never found the time. Someone with a CNC machine and a love of programming should be able to whip one out for you.

I have made touchmarks for a few of my blacksmith friends, and do the work on my Gorton 3-U engraver; for the original pattern, I use 1/8" engraving plastic stock, cut out the characters with the bandsaw, smooth them and glue them onto another piece of engraving stock with Duco cement, and make it to a scale that will use perhaps a 10:1 reduction ; a 5" figure gives a 1/2" stamp, or smaller if a greater reduction is used.

You may find more makers if you search for "steel handstamp". There are several makers in the UK and USA. I don't know the prices.

an other thing you might take a look at is vinyl lettering. Take a picture of the decal you would like to replace and give it a shot.
