I sure hope not; I studiously avoid Harbor Fright and similar venues; Buy American, (or Australian/British) !!!!! Having said that, I did buy a quite nice Chinese radius dresser for my surface grinder. Most all my precision tools are Starrett or Brown & Sharpe, most bought when I was an apprentice, footloose and fancy free. I still work in "imperial units", better known as inches and fractions, at age 74, I'm not about to change ---
