Pathetic first post - Scammed by "Alan Babin"

After being strung along on a $2500 purchase of a Logan lathe for almost 5 weeks, I had the credit card company charge back the charge. Every week I would try to call this guy, and I would get a "this voice mail box is not setup" message. Then, I would text and ask about the status of this...

WOWSERS! The guy ain't even in Phoenix!!! Somehow, I just assumed that the 860 area code was another 800-type WATS line. My apologies to the list. I'm going to "flag the ad" (for what little good it does).
 
I see their ads on Sacramento CL fairly regularly. They are "nice" enough to make them easily recognizable. The names change, but the phone number remains the same.
 
Here is one on my side of the US. Supposedly only 231 miles away.

The same ad, plus 3 others, appeared in today's Phoenix Craigslist. Easy to spot - the picture has that distinctive dark surround, with the name and number in a banner below. Some say Jack (green surround), others say Kirk (black surround). ALL of them claim to be located in cenrtal/south Phoenix, with the map dot in the light industrial area just south of downtown. That's a LONG way from 860! I'm flagging them as I see them.
