With all the phishing scams we hear about, it could be a case of too good to be true but on the other hand someone may just need the money or want to move or many other scenarios, I missed a deal on an intrepid micrometer for $40 , it was on kijiji exactly for 10 minutes ,and then gone.if I lived closer and was looking for a vise , I would go check it out for sure.
