I already have a new 1/2" JT33 drill chuck, however I need the arbor to use with my milling machine.

I will also consider a drill chuck with a MT3 drawbar(3/8-16)

You may have to drill and tap an arbor to get the 3/8x16 thread for your drawbar. I am not sure how you will mount the JT33 end for the drilling and tapping. Easy to cut off the tang with a hacksaw.

I do not know sources of machining tooling in Canada. A US link to illustrate.

If you can machine a JT33 taper, you could look for a machinable arbor like this one. I use these in wood turning jigs. I mount an MT3 sleeve in a chuck - straight on the OD, MT3 on the ID. I insert the taper in the sleeve and machine the other end to my desired diameter. I only need a straight end so easier than machining JT33 taper.

I would machine the end straight. It is not going to run true as-purchased, I would then reverse in the chuck to drill and thread, then remount in the MT3 sleeve to machine the JT33 taper.
