What are advantages from using stainless steel bolts and nuts?

most of the 316SS fasteners i use are equivalent to grade 7.
SS is not the ideal material for often disassembled fixtures or applications, but antiseize cures that .
for 1 time use fasteners, i use SS most of the time at work due to sanitary concerns.
