What Does this fit?

I got this carriage stop with some tooling the other day and it doesn’t fit my 6” Craftsman or my friends 9” Southbend. Looks too big for both.

Any idea what it would fit?

My 1440 measures ~1-1/8 at the 1-3/4" dim.
So maybe a 16" lathe?
