What is this compound part for?

What are its dimensions? If its 8x16mm, it could be apron part #28 (pg 51 in your manual) that the assembler dropped and couldn't find. Or maybe he was a jokester (to put it politely) like mmcmdl alluded to and he had a bet with his co-workers on how long it would take to show up on the internet.

4mm diameter, 8mm long......I am doing a bit of rounding, not much a few .02 mm or so....
