In the dustbin of my mind I think it may be a brown and sharp. or maybe not.

It is fitted to a nmtb40 holder. I got it so cheap on eBay I figured I could use it as a 5/8" endmill holder at least as the collet us 5/8".
Looking around the net it looks like an SK collet but will take some measurements tonight.

Gonna be honest, I don't know. Went through any I could think of (ER, DA, SK, BS, TG, ETS, YCC, B42, B60, W850, V120, T285, M673, AD, etc.) and couldn't find a match.

The SK collets have a much steeper taper than the one in the pic.

Sk collets have half the angle of an er. 8 degrees each side I think. That's what this collet has.
The other dimensions are close to an SK16.
OL 1.909"
Small end diameter is just under an inch.
Large end diameter 1.3555"
Length of the lip on the front is .2185"

@macardoso Here is a pick with an sk 16 collet next to it. You're exactly correct about the angle. This one has about 16° included angle. I'm at a lose to what it is so will stick to ER collets and use this one as a 5/8" end mill holder.
