Seems to be no rhyme or reason to his shipping, its either free or at an outrageous price.

I wouldn't know about his shipping charges within the US but he claims to charge the actual cost ,an email before committing to buy may go a long way.

On a lot of the items that I looked at, he seems to be charging something like second day air freight; I am fortunate that I do not need any more drills.
