I recently acquired an used Wilton model 3061 metal band saw. It is built really well, has cast iron wheels, etc. I believe that it is a 3x6" and takes 52.5" blade. weighs about 75 pounds and has a foot print of 16x 32". It also has a 1/3 hp Wilton motor. I test cut some aluminum and scraps of iron. The last piece of iron was 1/2x 3" and it cut it just fine. Need to do some clean up and get rid of that (dirty word) particle board table. Any one know any thing about this little saw? The best info that I come across on net is a 3x6" Craftsman made about the 1950s and 1960s. Mark

Neat saw...don't have any information about it...other than it's on my "needs" list for my shop.
