After converting an X3 table-top mill and running it I found that it sometimes sucks swarf up into the motor because of where the motor is mounted and the direction of the airflow through the motor (bottom to top). As a result I designed and printed a forced air duct to prevent this happening again, also intending to fit a coolant pump to the system to increase the range of materials I can machine in it.
