Yeah Baby

weird - no back gears but it still has the spindle and countershaft belt pulley. I wonder if the chain drive is for back gear, with some way of disengaging the chain drive (or spindle pulley) to swap between back gear and direct drive. Can't see the point of having both belt AND chain driving the spindle.
 
Wouldn t that be a site set up to run in cnc. Stand back, and let er fly! I think it would mesmarize me the same way a shaper does.
 
While trying to figure out the drive system, I came across the answer in the description, "Has been reconfigured with chains to function better." I reckon he figured it would.
