80% Lower Buffing?

Going to mill an 80% lower so "Berry" don't know I got it. I plan on getting it anodized so how do you buff it and what do you clean it with (80%er's usually have a bunch of machine marks.)? Or should I powder coat it?

Duracoat. That's the most common spray on coating for guns that I know of. In our area you can find commercial operations that can do it for you but many do it themselves.

Have the anodizer bead blast it. Will even out the surface finish and give you a nice matte anodized finish. Don't put a brushed finish on it unless that's what you want to see in the anodizing - ask me how I know....
Doesn't look terrible, just not what I was after.

Take care of the major stuff with emery cloth by hand, then throw it in the tumbler.

Years ago I consulted for a local anodizer.

If they can electro-polish, you will get the best finish you could imagine.
