I have reported them to Google but they are there Everytime I log in. Is this new? Because this really pisses me off.

Resolved Advertising pop ups in the way of reading threads

Sorry to hear that. Please bear in mind that Hobby Machinist is operated off the donations of members and ad revenue from non-donating members. This is so that members like you can enjoy the endless content that is posted here everyday which comes at a non-trivial operating cost.
With that said, we do not utilize pop-up ads on our site. While we do make extensive use of Google ads for Guests and Registered non-donating members, we do not use pop-ups. There may be another window in your browser making those appear if those are interfering with your viewing experience.
There is good news here. A recent change we made here at H-M is that all donating member levels are now AD-FREE. For as little as a $10 donation per year, you can experience H-M with NO ADS. For $150 per year, you will be come a Lifetime Member AD-FREE and there are other options in between.
Hopefully this clears up what is going on with ads and why you are seeing them.
