Benchmaster vertical mill bearings

Hello, has anyone replaced the bearings on a Benchmaster vertical mill?

Looks like it should tap out from the top after removing the bearing adjustment nut. However it appears there are bearing races pressed into the housing, so does the spindle come out without the bearings attached?

Also does the bottom seal come out when the spindle is removed?
