I am building a heat exchanger for a large motor controller on a boat. I need several coils of approx .5" stainless steel tubing, and about 20 feet in length coiled into a 12" OD spiral. It will carry seawater, and must be alloy 316, and non-welded. Wall thickness should be approx .05, but not critical. See attached image of 25 feet of 1/2" copper tubing set against a 12" x 12" aluminum plate. The outer end of the spiral should have about 6" of straight tubing that extends beyond the aluminum plate. The inner end should be tightly spiraled enough so that the end is within a four inch circle. I will bore out a 4" hole in the middle of the plate to feed a connecting hose the the tubing. Relative positions of the two ends not important. I'm very flexible on the dimensions. I just need the coils, not the aluminum plates.
