RFQ for Modifying Tool

Below is a never used vintage boring head that I would like to have the B&S 9 taper shank modified to a 1” strait shaft as well as shortened. This will need to be performed in a grinder. The part that would be chucked is 3.375" and the end of the shank does have a center.
