Search online for RideTheGearTrain. This online program will calculate the gear train setup to cut a specific thread, using your own lathe, and the gears you already own. It does not cost anything and there are several other programs included eg making polygonal shafts, holes and etchings. This includes data for several lathes including Boxford, Myford, Emco etc. If your lathe is not on the list contact me by email.
