Zubal 14” C lathe

I have acquired a 14x30 Zubal lathe that has no tail stock. Would love to find a tail stock but not afraid to make one fit if necessary. Distance between ways is 4” which seems a little narrow for a 14”. Lathe. Over all the machine is pretty good but going to need a lot of TLC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
