Because it has 10" of travel and the 10" scale is 15" long the Logan crossfeed is 12" plus the additional 5" of the aluminum way cover, I opted to cut a 17" bar of alum stock and tap and mount to crossfeed and mount scale to it

Green is alum stock
Blue is scale and scale cover
