Members who reacted to media 'This is a Norton 6 x 18 hydraulic surface grinder, or as it was called in its day, "grinding machine" It was built in 1942, the same year that it's designer,Charles H. Norton, died. I am in the process of fixing it up a bit, as it lacks some minor parts.'
