This is how I press my bearings into place. Using a large 3/4" drive socket. Pressing only on the outer race.

New 6908 bearing pressed into place on the top part of the bull gear bearing sleeve.
This is how I press my bearings into place. Using a large 3/4" drive socket. Pressing only on the outer race.
Press a new 6908 double sealed bearing into place. Fully seated on to the snap ring.
Bearing spacer in place.
Installing the bearing spacer into the bull gear bearing sleeve. Set it on the inner race of the bottom bearing.
