This is the top of the gear housing showing the timing pulley. Put your new timing belt on now like shown.

Starting with your rebuilt lower belt housing. Make sure the belt is zip tied or otherwise held like so.

The head should be prepared like this. However, when putting the lower belt housing on you will need to loop the belt around the spindle pulley hub first. Then press the belt down on to the timing pulley. The Spindle pulley hub has a ring around it that won't allow you to slip it on later..
