Tool and cutter grinder build

Thanks Mark,it just so happens that I'm in the market for some new end mills and at that price you got nothing to lose except $ 8.00 or so.I just ordered some this morning so if there junk I've got some to fall back on.

I have ordered 3 sets of these and they all perform great. They work as good and as long as any of the American mills I have at 5 times the price. I hate to admit it but these are a good deal. I haven't got any junk ones yet, so I'll keep buying them until I do.
 
I was just on e-bay looking and I wish I would have seen this tread yesterday would have saved me some money and more bang for the buck.
 
On Craig's list in SF South Bay tools for sale there is a KO Lee endmill grinder air bearing $600.
It's Ben there a while , not sure how it works tho ,

I finally made the dive and bought a 5C Spin Indexer. I just could not let ENCO get away with it. They sent me a 25% off and free shipping and the indexer was on sale for $10.00 less and I got 25% off what was left. $37.46 sitting on my front porch. Brandei new. I'm lovin it.

Can you please explain me what the micrometer on the front bar is needed for ?
I can't understand it, and I was planning to make one of this tool, but simplified as much as I can.
That micrometer is the first thing on my remove-list if I can't really understand what is needed for :)

do you have a link to the 6 piece set of Chinese made end mills on eBay. they are all 4 flute and come in a set of 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 1/2, and 5/8. I have three sets. I buy them when they sell for $8 to $10
