Anyone know if an all american co. die filer can be restored?

My Butterfly just has a solid soft steel wheel that won't wear the file's teeth off. No bearing, just a solid steel wheel running on about a 3/16" shaft, which I advise oiling when you go to use the filer.

Some of these posts have so many typos they are hard to read. Please take the trouble to read your posts and make corrections. I do.

Hi George,
I apologise for all my typos, I should not be posting with my Iphone. Keyboard sometimes dissappears after each letter, and then I am so tired of typing, I forget to proofread.
My Bad, I will wait till I get a computer to post.
Sorry, for all the Typos, I am sure they are all mine.
Sincerely,
Jon
