Black oxide coating

It turned out to be an all day affair but I got my parts done and am pretty happy with the results. I had 150 individual parts to coat and once I got the timing figured out on how long to soak, it went pretty smooth. I warmed my parts in a 200* oven first. I had one batch that had some spots that did not take and then I realized that one of my gloves had become contaminated with oil, cleanliness is very important for good results. I give the Caswell system and A+.
