Brass Or Bronze (or Aluminium) For Gears

I made Jim Schroeder's threading clutch for my 10X22. The clutch gears were steel to stand up to the shock load and the rest were acetal. I had never cut gears before. It was one of the easier things I have learned. Get the diameter calculation right and be meticulous about the indexing and it turns out really cool.
