Check my table setup

Once I learned the trick of using one of the vise mount points as a pivot point for tramming, it takes me a less than minute to tram the vise to .001" or better. It takes longer to do the setup than to perform the tram procedure.

I'm not a fan of alignment pins on the bottom of the vise because I often have to relocate the vise in order to accommodate different sizes of material. One of the disadvantages of owning a small mill.

Nothing wrong with it. As most mentioned: stuff will move as job types/frequency dictates

My "general" setup is to leave the vise biased to the right-hand side of the table. That way I can throw the dividing head on the left-hand side and usually not have to move the vise. The orientation of the controls on a DH means it cannot be as easily used on the right-hand side.
