I have a DRO on my mill (dont have the brand name in front of me) and was checking it for accuracy.
I did the check with 123 blocks and checked it across 5". One block I used was .0005 small and the other was
maybe .0002 big so I called that a wash. When I checked it the DRO was off almost .003 in 5 inches.
My questions are:
Is this about the norm?
Is there a way to correct this on all DRO's? (did not see anything in the manual)
I am aware of rounding issues but I was thinking it would be closer than this.
Thanks for your time
