Clausing 100 series (mk3) right-hand mounted countershaft engagement lever

Thought I'd take a chance to see if anyone has one of these lying around or know someone who does, because it was the only thing missing from my machine besides the original chuck that probably wore out 40 years ago. Also need the shaft (if separate) and whatever fingered part mounts on it to move the sliding splined piece in & out of the pulley cluster. The UK lathes site calls it a clutch lever, as seen here over top of the headstock belt cover..
