Collis "use-em-up" Mt 2-3 Sleeve

In a lot of tools I purchased were some drills with a flat ground on the the side of the Morse taper. In an earlier time Collis made Morse taper sleeves with a "D" shaped socket to accept the flat sided taper. They called them Use-em-up sleeves. They are no longer made. Does anyone here have one they would like to sell? It needs to be Morse 2 taper on the inside with the "D" socket, and an ordinary Morse 3 taper on the outside.
