First Mill

Just looked at the Ebay photos, it looks pretty well worn, definitely not a cream puff. It is also the dead standard machine, with the smallest available table, no options. Earlier I said 8 speeds, actually 6 speeds, 260-3440 rpm. Definitely not worth over $1500, tops, from what I can see in the pics, at least in this part of the US. Still a good, useful machine if it runs and is not worn out.
 
And I just looked at the other items she has listed under "Business-Industrial". It seems that she has a somewhat exaggerated notion as to their worth. Examples:

10 ea 3/8-16 2" bolts $5.33
30 ea 1/4-20 eye bolts $25.99
2 3/16 Pillow Block $179.99
