Was passing through Southern Vermont today and stopped at the rest area near Windsor, home of the American Precision Museum. In the Hartford I-91 Southbound rest area was a glass display case with two working models created by John Aschauer. His miniature working steam plant - which he made at 14 years of age - is on display at the museum. I snapped some cell phone pics of the Metal Planer and Bandsaw in the rest area display. The level of detail is mind blowing! Check out the pictures below...
