John Deere 310 SG pin

Pin is likely case hardened, so center may be soft.

Get a die grinder and a carbide burr or three.

Start in the center on the end and see if you can get a hole dug in past the surface that you ten could drill into.

If there is a Grease fitting on the ram, remove it and clean it out, NEW zerk and try filling Grease gun with atf to see if it can get into the bad spot.

Other option is get this next to something much bigger that will not move.

Get a pneumatic demolition gun, larger than air chisel, smaller than jackhammer...

If you can get a hole in the end of the pin with the die grinder, you get a pointed bit for the demo gun, they like 90 psi, te rock at 175!

The item must be against something that will not let it move as the energy needs to be against the stuck pin.

A rosebud on the rod end for a bit before hitting it may help.

I second the air lance as the tool to use . For those unfamiliar with them here’s a video
