WTB Jones & Shipman Name Plate

I have a J&S grinding wheel balancer and have recently restored the box as well,
but it just doesn't look complete without a name plate on the box, which it didn't come with.

So I am looking for a Jones & Shipman name plate with a size anywhere between 3" and 5" wide.
