Kennametal Replacement Parts?

Someone school me on this. I thought the shims were softer material to prevent wear on the tool holder? I would think insert screws were standard sizes. I bought a pack for some of the tool holders I have. They were not the same brand but work fine?
Here is an example of the shim I had to find. As Matt said, these are pretty specialized screws as well. The shim seat screw is hollow and then carbide cutter screw is solid.

This is the screw that holds the cutting insert:

This is the weird hollow screw with internal threading. It holds the shim seat to the tool holder and accepts the screw above that holds the cutting insert:
