My laziest work yet. My Kurt D675 vise was binding up a bit this weekend so I pulled it apart to clean it out. While in there I got around to measuring the main thread so I could make a plug for the sliding jaw nut. Just a stupid part to help keep chips and whatnot out of the threads.
I didn't bother modeling any fancy features (chamfer on the hex, taper on thread lead-in); function over form. You can find the STL on Thingiverse for printing: link. The size is 1-1/8" 7TPI LH if you want to design a nicer looking one.
